Bring your own picnic - tables and chairs provided.
Bar/Tea/Coffee/Juices available.
OTHER JUBILEE ACTIVITIES TO BE JUDGED ON THE DAY (details below)
1. Decorate Your House/Garden – Decorate the outside of your house/door/window/front garden to celebrate the Queens Jubilee
2. Bake and Decorate a Jubilee Cake
3. Share a Personal Memory of The Queen from the last 70 years – Maximum 500 words, a poem or picture.
UNDER 10’s
4. Bake and Decorate Two Cup-Cakes
All the above activities will be judged on the day, and prizes awarded for the best entries

PETHAM BIG LUNCH JUBILEE ACTIVITY DETAILS 4th June 2022 DO PLEASE JOIN IN!
1. Decorate Your House/Garden.
Decorate the outside of your house / front garden to celebrate the Queens Jubilee.
Please register your entry by 5 pm on 1st June to daneshome@outlook.com or Scott@settlehouse.com, A map of entrants will be put on village hall notice boards, Parish Council & Village Hall website to encourage public viewing on 4th June.
Judging will be undertaken between 9am – 11am on 4th June
2. Share a Personal Memory of The Queen
Share a personal memory of The Queen from the last 70 years in up to five hundred words, as a poem, painting, drawing or photograph.
Memories may be hand written, printed (one side of each sheet) or in electronic format or drawing and need to be delivered to the village hall between 9 - 10am on 4th June (electronic memories can be emailed up to 9am on 4th June) as word or pdf files to daneshome@outlook.com or Scott@settlehouse.com.
Ensure your name address and phone number is clearly included on your entry
Judging will be undertaken between 10am – 11am on 4th June
Memories will be displayed within the village hall & available for viewing from 12 noon on 4th June.
3. Bake and Decorate a Jubilee Cake
Bake and Decorate a Jubilee Cake to Celebrate the Queens Jubilee
Cakes to be delivered to the village hall between 9 – 10 am on 4th June.
Judging, based upon appearance and taste, will be undertaken between 10am – 11am on 4th June.
Ensure your name address and phone number is clearly included on your entry
Cakes will be displayed within the village hall & available for viewing from 12 noon.
4. Decorate Two Jubilee Cupcakes (10 years and under).
Decoration Two Jubilee Cupcakes to Celebrate the Queens Jubilee - Children 10 years and under only
Cup Cakes to be delivered to the village hall between 9 - 10 am on 4th June
Judging, based upon appearance, will be undertaken between 10am - 11am on 4th June.
Ensure your name, age, address and phone number is clearly included on your entry.
Cupcakes will be displayed within the village hall & available for viewing from 12 noon.
All entries can be collected between 3pm and 5pm on 4th June. Items not collected by 5pm will be disposed of.
